Brussels Sprouts with Garlic

Serving Size: 6 Servings
Time to Make: 35 minutes

Ingredients:

1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
¼ teaspoon salt
Freshly ground black pepper
½ cup water

How to Prepare:

  1. Heat oven to 425°F.

  2. Place Brussels sprouts, garlic, oil, salt, and a pinch of pepper in a 9 by 13-inch baking dish; toss to coat.

  3. Spread out in a single layer.

  4. Pour the water into the dish and roast until brussels sprouts are lightly browned and pierced easily with a paring knife, about 25 minutes.

  5. Serve warm.
