Below is a sample recipe:

White Cheesecake

Serving Size: 8 Servings
Time to Make: 45 minutes + 3 hours/Overnight

Ingredients:

2 (8 oz) packages low fat cream cheese, softened
16 packets Splenda
¼ teaspoon almond extract
3 eggs
1 cup no-fat sour cream
3 packets Splenda
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

How to Prepare:

  1. Beat cream cheese, Splenda and almond extract until fluffy.

  2. Add eggs, one at a time, and blend well.

  3. Beat at low speed until fully blended.

  4. Pour into a nine inch deep dish pie plate.

  5. Microwave on medium-high for 15-25 minutes turning every 5 minutes.

  6. In a medium bowl, mix sour cream, Splenda and vanilla together.

  7. Spread evenly on top cheese cake mixture.

  8. Refrigerate 3 hours/Overnight.

  9. Slice and serve.
