Cauliflower Mash

Serving Size: 6 Servings
Time to Make: 75 minutes

Ingredients:

4 cups cauliflower florets
2 tablespoons butter flavored cooking spray
2 tablespoons fat-free half-and-half
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper

How to Prepare:

  1. Steam or microwave the cauliflower until soft.

  2. Puree in a food processor.

  3. Add the butter spray and the half-and-half to taste.

  4. Season with pinch of salt and pepper.

  5. Serve Warm.
